These terms apply to your use of rondaninipublishing.com and to the purchase and use of the Designing with Claude digital course and workbooks sold here. That content is independent instruction on how to use “Claude Design” and related AI-assisted design workflows — it is not software or a service from Anthropic. Rondanini Publishing Ltd is the data controller; see the Privacy Policy (mirrored from rondanini.com).

1. Company

2. The product

We offer digital workbooks, cheat sheets, and example files in PDF and/or HTML, delivered as a download. The series teaches practical use of Claude Design and related techniques in context; you obtain access to our course materials only — not a licence to Anthropic’s software, which is governed by their own terms. Features and volume list are described on the product pages. From time to time we may add updates; access is described in your order confirmation and on the updates page where applicable.

3. Your licence

On successful payment, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the content for the scope you purchased:

• Complete bundle — for your own personal or internal business use within one individual’s work.
• Team × 5 — for up to five people at the same organisation named at checkout, for internal work only.

You may not resell, redistribute, publicly share, or use the material to run competing training for others without our written permission. We retain all intellectual property rights; you are buying a licence, not the underlying copyright.

4. Order, price, and tax

Prices on the site are in GBP, excluding VAT, unless stated otherwise. For purchases completed on this website, VAT and, where applicable, other taxes are calculated at checkout by Stripe; we do not receive your full card number. We may offer the same or related products through other sales channels from time to time; if you buy elsewhere, payment, tax, and receipts are governed by that seller’s terms and checkout.

By completing checkout, you request an immediate download / supply of digital content.

5. Delivery and support

We aim to provide download or access information promptly after payment. In the first phase of this launch, some fulfilment steps may be manual; if you do not receive a link, email hello@rondaninipublishing.com with your order reference and the receipt from where you paid.

6. Refunds and withdrawal

Digital content is supplied immediately or shortly after purchase. The statutory 14-day cooling-off right for digital goods is waived if you accept delivery before that period ends — you will confirm the required acknowledgements where our checkout asks for them, or the equivalent on third-party checkouts. We may issue a refund where required by law, or in exceptional support cases, at our discretion. See the wording shown at checkout (for example on Stripe Checkout) and any platform-specific terms for the non-refundable digital product policy.

7. Disclaimer

Materials are provided for professional education. We do not warrant error-free or uninterrupted use. To the maximum extent allowed by law, we exclude implied warranties. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury from negligence, fraud, or other non-excludable liability.

8. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, save where you are a consumer elsewhere in the United Kingdom and mandatory rules give you a different court.

9. Changes

We may update these terms; the current version is always on this page with a “last updated” date in the page title or editor notes. Ongoing use of a purchased licence after a change is governed for new purchases; existing licences remain on the version that applied at the time of purchase where different.

10. Third-party names, trademarks, and independence

These materials are a how-to course on using Claude Design (and related design workflows) as offered or described by its rights-holders, not a replacement for or copy of that product. References to Claude, Claude Design, other product or company names, and to related services on this site and in our files are used in good faith to name the subject of the teaching and the tools readers will use. As far as the law allows, that is honest description of an independent educational product, not a suggestion that you are buying software or a subscription from Anthropic or any other third party when you pay us for this publisher’s workbooks and files.

Rondanini Publishing Ltd is an independent publisher. We are not sponsored, approved, or endorsed by Anthropic, PBC, or any other third party whose name or product we mention. The series title Designing with Claude is our name for this course and formats; it does not by itself create a commercial partnership, licence, or agency relationship with any of them unless we say so clearly in writing.

Trademark and related rights for third-party names may belong to their owners. This notice does not grant you any right to use those marks. If a trade mark or brand owner asks us in writing to make reasonable changes to the way we refer to their marks, we will do so. For the avoidance of doubt: the copyright in the text, structure, and original teaching materials in this product belongs to the publisher and/or its licensors, not to those third parties.
